Freddie’s Farm Delivery, Returns and Refunds

Hey we’re going to reason with you…as you can imagine, because all our snacks are grown, harvested, manufactured and packed on our farm, we are running around all the time. We’re a small family business and it means THE WORLD that you are supporting us you absolute hero! Therefore, we would ask you to allow 5 working days (from the day after you place your order) for delivery. We have every belief that you will receive them before this but if for any reason you haven’t, please do let us know and we will look into this for you. If you haven’t received your order within 5 days, please get in touch with us directly at [email protected].

If you need your order the next day, we are available on Amazon prime, who offer next day and same day services in some locations depending on when you order. They are a little more expensive but we don’t want anyone to be hungry! 

Where can we deliver to?

Freddie’s Farm online shop deliveries can only be made to addresses in the United Kingdom as defined by the Royal Mail (currently England, Scotland and Wales, this includes the Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man). It’s as far as Freddie’s little legs will take him at the moment.

If you change your mind:
You can cancel your order and get a refund if you get in touch before it is shipped.

We are happy to refund the cost of unwanted products, as long as they are sent back to the Freddie’s Friends in their original, unopened state, within 14 working days of them being delivered to you. Please email [email protected] to let us know and arrange your return or cancellation BEFORE returning anything. Make sure to include your order number too please! 

If something isn’t right:
We do our best but just like every parent, you can’t always get it right. So, if this happens to be the case with your order, please accept our apologies and please give us a chance to rectify the issue, we would just hate to disappoint anyone. Freddie would never forgive us!

We use Royal Mail 2nd Class postage as standard to offer the most economical option to you. Please bear in mind the limitations of this service, especially at the moment with COVID restrictions in place and our wonderful posties working so hard during this time. We rarely have problems with the Royal Mail, and doubt you will, but please allow them their full time frame for delivery as like everyone they are stretched.

Freddie’s Daddy Charlie grows and makes our snacks right next door to the farmhouse. While Freddie’s Mummy, Laurie, is in charge of social media and marketing, and his baby sister is in charge of eating the profits! And well Freddie, he is the inspiration for it all!
