This is the real Freddie, he is 5 and has just started school! He is our best helper and inspiration for our snacks. He loves his fruit and veg and helping us grow, pick and eat it, and we wanted to give other boys and girls a chance to taste them too. He loves tractors, steam trains, and getting up to mischief with Biscuit and his baby sister!
Baby Ottie arrived in August 2019. Freddie and she are thick as thieves already, always up to mischief and always giggling. She’s not 100% sure that they are Freddie’s Fruit Shapes, she always seems to have her mitts on a packet! Her favourite flavour is the blueberry, she loves helping us with quality control. It’s a tough job but someone has to do it!!
Freddie’s sidekick, co-conspirator, best friend…until she eats something she shouldn’t – Biscuit is our naughty chocolate Labrador! You may have read about her in some of the stories in our boxes. Every story about her is true. From eating the pickers’ lunches to getting her head stuck in a watering can, a Biscuit’s job is never done.
AKA Laurie. She’s actually half-Scottish and half-Italian. She lived in Scotland before moving to Italy then England for uni, then a city solicitor before it all went awry, and she fell in love with a farmer. Before she knew it, she was living the dream in the Garden of England with a Labrador, listening to The Archers, and suddenly head of her son’s social media!
AKA Charlie! Charlie loves drying fruit as anyone who has ever met him can attest to! He studied agriculture at Reading University, before setting up the first fruit dryer in the UK, making and developing new and exciting products. Like Freddie he loves new tractors, old traditional farming methods, and making tasty fruit and vegetable snacks. And we love him.

FROM FREDDIE’S FARM TO YOUR FAMILY - We grow it, we make it, we pack it and we love it. We are a real family with a real hunger to make a change in the way that children currently snack. Freddie’s Daddy Charlie grows and makes our snacks right next door to the farmhouse. While Freddie's Mummy, Laurie, is in charge of social media and marketing, and his baby sister is in charge of eating the profits! And well Freddie, he is the inspiration for it all!
